Return and Refund Policy
Merchandise damaged during shipping/freight
Damage during shipping/freight is rare but it can happen. You are responsible for inspecting the shipment upon arrival. If you notice damage, you must not accept the shipment and simply have the shipping company return the product back to us. If you accept the shipment then you have waived your right to a replacement or refund as a result of damage. Notify us immediately and we will send out a new shipment of the same product.
If Majorautosupply.com sends you the wrong item
If we send you the wrong item due to our mistake please contact us and we will refund you in full or exchange it for the right product (our choice), however, the products must be returned to us undamaged and unused in resalable condition with all parts and accessories to majorautosupply.com within 30 days from the date of purchase. If we sent the wrong item or made an error, we may cover the return shipping costs at our discretion.
You may exchange or return any item, for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase subject to the following exceptions and general information:

The following DO NOT qualify for a return
- Any product that you have installed or used in any manner whatsoever.
- Any product shipped internationally.
- Any product shipped by freight.
- Any product returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase
- All pool chemicals, pool heaters & custom manufactured products (except for manufacturer's defects).
Parts are returnable within 30 days from the date of purchase if new, unused and uninstalled.
General information:
You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item shipped free. We do not charge a restocking fee. However, if a returned item is not in acceptable condition or shows signs of installation, we may, at our discretion, issue a partial refund proportional to the condition of the item we receive.
To return merchandise, the first step is to complete a Return Authorization Request Form or contact us.
If you the product's are incompatible or defective
It is not reasonable for majorautosupply.com to accept responsibility for any product that is not compatible with your system. It is recommended that you contact the manufacturer of the products you want, in advance of making a purchase to ascertain its compatibility with your system. While we do try to assist you in making the right product choices, you are ultimately responsible for what you purchase and how it is used. If you need the product manufacturer's contact information please contact us and we will provide it to you.
If the product you purchase is defective, please contact the manufacturer directly for resolution before you ship it pursuant to the manufacturer's requirements. Also, please see the warranty section.
If the product was shipped by freight carrier
Returns, defective or otherwise, are not likely to be accepted by the manufacturer. The only way to cure a defect for a product shipped by freight is to request the manufacturer's field representative to effect the warranty service or repair. majorautosupply.com has absolutely nothing to do with this but will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Cancellation of an order
Cancellations are only permitted if it has not been shipped. Every order ships; we do not offer local or in-store pickup. If you want to cancel an order that has not been shipped, you must contact customer service through our Contact Us page before the order ships. When you cancel an order please request a transaction number and keep it for your records. Special orders (items not in our normal offered in our site) and custom manufactured products CAN NOT be cancelled. Delivery refusal charges
In the even you refuse deliver of items ordered or are otherwise unavailable to accept delivery of the items shipped then your order will be subject to the 30 day return policy.
Our return policy is subject to improvement, modification, correct and changes at anytime without prior notice.
