Return and Refund Policy

Merchandise damaged during shipping/freight

Damage during shipping/freight is rare but it can happen. You are responsible for inspecting the shipment upon arrival. If you notice damage, you must not accept the shipment and simply have the shipping company return the product back to us. If you accept the shipment then you have waived your right to a replacement or refund as a result of damage. Notify us immediately and we will send out a new shipment of the same product.

If sends you the wrong item

If we send you the wrong item due tour mistake please contact us and we will refund you in full or exchange it for the right product (our choice), however, the products must be returned to us undamaged and unused in resalable condition with all parts and accessories to within 10 days from the date of your receipt of the product/s We will be happy to pay for the return shipping costs.

You may exchange or return any item, for any reason within 15 days of your purchase date subject to the following exceptions and general information:

Special exceptions and information about returns. 
The following DO NOT qualify for a return

  1. Any product that you have installed or used in any manner whatsoever.
  2. Any product shipped internationally.
  3. Any product shipped by freight.
  4. Any product that you have received for 15 or more days
  5. All pool chemicals, pool heaters & custom manufactured products (except for manufacturer's defects).
  6. All parts

General information:

You are responsible for the return shipping fees in addition to the original fees to ship the item/s to you. There will be a handling charge of $10.00 for each and every product returned plus 15% of the amount you paid for that item as a re-stocking fee. The original handling fee charged when you made the order is non-refundable.

To return merchandise, the first step is to complete a Return Authorization Request Form or contact us.

If you the product's are incompatible or defective

It is not reasonable for to accept responsibility for any product that is not compatible with your system. It is recommended that you contact the manufacturer of the products you want, in advance of making a purchase to ascertain its compatibility with your system. While we do try to assist you in making the right product choices, you are ultimately responsible for what you purchase and how it is used. If you need the product manufacturer's contact information please contact us and we will provide it to you.

If the product you purchase is defective, please contact the manufacturer directly for resolution before you ship it pursuant to the manufacturer's requirements. Also, please see the warranty section.

If the product was shipped by freight carrier

Returns, defective or otherwise, are not likely to be accepted by the manufacturer. The only way to cure a defect for a product shipped by freight is to request the manufacturer's field representative to effect the warranty service or repair. has absolutely nothing to do with this but will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Cancellation of an order

Cancellations are only permitted if it has not been shipped or picked up. If you want to cancel an order that has not been shipped, you must call customer service at 1 (936) 213 3038. An email cancellation is not accepted. When you cancel an order please request a transaction number and keep it for your records. Special orders (items not in our normal offered in our site) and custom manufactured products CAN NOT be cancelled. If you order has been shipped an you no longer want it, please refer to the 15 day return policy

Delivery refusal charges

In the even you refuse deliver of items ordered or are otherwise unavailable to accept delivery of the items shipped then your order will be subject to the 15 day return policy.

Our return policy is subject to improvement, modification, correct and changes at anytime without prior notice.
