Payment
We will need to receive payment in full for the merchandise ordered together with sales taxes and shipping charges (if applicable). These charges will be calculated by the shopping cart and added to your order total. Texas residents need to include 8.25% sales tax.

Errors & Omissions
We work diligently to make sure all the information in our website is accurate and up to date; however, sometimes errors can occur. In the event there is an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order or delete the item. Any fees charged and received for that item will be promptly refunded within 30 days if the item has already been shipped to you. Refund is subject to us having received the return shipment of that item from you.

Order Substitutions
On rare occasions, when the product you order is not reasonably available, out of stock or discontinued, we will attempt to make appropriate substitutions. While we are diligent, we cannot guarantee the item you order will be continuously available.

Backorders
From time to time, items can run out of stock. We don’t want to hold up your order for just a couple of items that may take a little longer to get back in stock, so we will usually ship the portion of your order that is in stock and will send out the remainder of the order as quickly as possible. If you can’t wait for an item on backorder, please let us know and we will be happy to substitute another product or you can cancel the order and receive a refund.

Shipment Arrival
We ship most orders within a couple of business days, but the actual delivery time is subject to the ability of the shipping company used. Holidays and extreme weather conditions can sometimes delay the arrival of your items. We cannot make any guarantees as to how quickly you will receive your order.
